A 5-day artistic residency (6 hours per day, divided into two sessions) offering an intensive path of research and creative experimentation at the intersection of Ableton Live, TouchDesigner, and scene management through OSC/MIDI protocols for live performance.
The residency is led by Konx-om-Pax, internationally acclaimed audiovisual artist, who presents and analyzes scenes from his celebrated AV show Uaxuctum, sharing his personal approach to combining music and visuals in a live context.
During the residency, participants learn to work hands-on and collaboratively, deepening techniques to build complex audiovisual performances that integrate electronic music and real-time visuals. The program covers advanced sound design in Ableton, the creation of dynamic visual environments in TouchDesigner, and the configuration of scene changers via OSC and MIDI.
The residency guides participants through collective experimentation and individual practice towards the development of unique performative projects capable of merging sound, image, and interactivity into a coherent live language.
The creation of a final product to be presented to the public during the project’s concluding evenings is included.

Konx-om-Pax (born Tom Scholefield) is a Scottish electronic musician and graphical artist from Glasgow.
